We want the Vault to be worth it. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your Vault Pass at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of the current paid period, then your membership ends. We don’t lock you into contracts.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly payments are non-refundable for the current billing period once charged, since you retain full access for that period. We don’t pro-rate partial months. If you were charged in error or experienced a genuine problem, email us — we’ll make it right.
Founder pass
The Founder lifetime pass is a one-time purchase. Because it grants immediate, lasting access, it is non-refundable except where required by law.
